Medical and nurse providers should use Boulevard instead. > > I do not recommend Zenoti to any doctor, nurse, or medical provider whose priority is documentation. We migrated from Aesthetic Record in April 2026 hoping for better financial reporting, but the clinical side has been a huge disappointment. Zenoti is a system built for hair salons, not medical practices. The charting is clunky and basic features are missing. You can’t draw injection locations or map toxin on patient photos. You can’t see a clear timeline or tally of past treatments, you cannot write notes anywhere logical, or prescribe medications without multiple steps. Simple tasks take 10–15 taps, and sometimes you need 3 “windows” open - two apps plus the desktop version open on a computer just to get things done. The migration has been very sloppy. Forms were missing, inaccurate, or transferred incorrectly—which isn’t just frustrating in a medical practice, it’s a liability. You need a full time employee just to chase down and keep tabs on the migration team. We migrated in April and it’s now August, and many of these issues still haven’t been fixed. Zenoti may work well for salons, but it is the wrong fit for doctors, nurses, or injectors who need quick, accurate, seamless medical charting ----- ### "Easy-to-Use Platform with Excellent Support" — 5.0/5 > **Georga** | *4.
