For example, the calendar section in Filevine is something that we currently do not use because of confusion on its integration with outlook. Vinetegrate set a Go Live date for February 2024 and required upfront payments and data backups. •November–December 2023: The company was required to deliver data backups to Vinetegrate. Early communication revealed challenges in linking and extracting documents from the legacy system. Vinetegrate issued technical upload instructions, and a contractor managed uploads. •January 2024: Ongoing technical issues with file uploads emerged, especially with folder structures.
