It handles every aspect of running a gala event that we need: ticket sales, seating, items to purchase (outside the auction items), donations, silent and live auction items, online catalog and bidding, and invoicing. Just a dream from start to finish. We purchase the Silver edition, and it more than pays for itself. I also wish it were a little easier to bring items to the front. It would be nice for maybe 4-5 photos to be visible at the same time when bidders click on an item. We were forced to use Click-Bid last year because of the production company we used for an online event, and it was not a good experience.
