In one instance, the Zoom link provided didn’t work, and after 15 minutes of no response, we were only left with half the time and weren’t offered an extension. Training new staff has taken a bit more time than expected due to the platform's complexity, and some of our project meetings felt a little rushed. However, we recognize the Glue Up team is balancing multiple clients, and they’ve always made an effort to support us when it matters.
