He was then told that he was not looking at them (which he was looking at the camera) and then was told he would need another ID. He is 18. He has a drivers' license. He asked what other ID do they expect him to have? They had no answer for him. He was told his case was being moved to a supervisor and then he suspended his account (which is ridiculous since the entire reason for support was that his phone number changed and he hasn't been able to access his account). It is deeply frustrating as to the level of incompetence, especially since there is money in his venmo account that he cannot access. > > Horrific.
