## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Great product for a growing property management company" — 5.0/5

> **Patrick** | *17. Juli 2023* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Tenantcloud is affordable and it has all of the features that you would need to run a property management business. The is a useful tenant portal and property owner portal. You are able to collect rent online and receive maintenance requests. This is a product that can grow with your business.
>
> **Nachteile**: The cons are that the financial reporting is not very easy to read and understand. The property owner portal does not show all of the transactions from the property. Transfering money takes 5-7 days. Online payments charge a small transaction fee.

-----

### "Secure platform with all of the bells and whistles" — 5.0/5

> **Ashley** | *23. September 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: We utilize the platform to manage multiple our residential and commercial properties. For the value of the money we are able to use one platform for a reasonable amount per property. The customer support during the onboarding was very helpful in ensuring that we had every property properly set up. The website access is very straight forward and easy to use. I am thankful that we can now cut the expense of using quickbooks because this software has all things "accounting" on the platform. I also feel that the security is top notch and has kept our information secure thus far. We hope that is stays this way\!\!
>
> **Nachteile**: The manual data entry is a bit much but worth it in the end. Especially when you have multiple properties that are listed on the platform.
>
> I have been very pleased with the platform and have recommended it to many of my peers in the real estate realm.

### "Still giving this a chance" — 3.0/5

> **Christine** | *19. September 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 5.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I chose tenant cloud originally because the homeowner also wanted something that would give them access to their property. Tenant Cloud offers an owner portal so that's why I chose Tenant Cloud.
>
> **Nachteile**: website and app could be more user friendly with better explanations on distributions and contributions. maybe a better tutorial and help Search.
>
> It started out rocky but getting better. Usually customer service is helpful. I'm glad there is a phone number I can call with a short wait time to reach someone. I've had one issue where they were wrong but insisted they were corrected. It ended up being that my tenant cloud account wasn't operating correctly but it was fixed.

### "Great Software" — 5.0/5

> **Maury** | *18. September 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I love the ease of using tenant cloud, the many features available on the mobile app, the listings, management
>
> **Nachteile**: The only thing I don’t like is the payment method to pay for the subscription, if it fails, then the whole use of the app fails, there’s not grace. I also struggle to change the payment method which isn’t convenient.
>
> Overall, I still love the price and experience with TenantCloud. My tenants also say they love the ease of paying their rent.

### "TenantCloud works\!" — 4.0/5

> **Don** | *18. September 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: The customer support is awesome\! When I have a problem, I can call in and I get a call back quickly.
>
> **Nachteile**: The login process. I know security it important but when I'm trying to check on something quickly, it makes me use another app to gain access.
>
> Great, it handle all the aspects of property management well. I became better with TenantCloud once I quit fighting it.
