They constantly create trouble for loyal customers and seem more interested in collecting extra payments than providing support. We worked with them for a year and found their service to be unhelpful, unreliable, and frustrating. When we decided to cancel the subscription, they ignored our requests and still charged us for two additional months. No proper communication, no respect for customers — just excuses. This is the best. We do lots of markets and festival. Other stall holders often lose internet reception. We never lose internet. As the system is not connected to our phones we do not have to leave our phones in the stall. > > **Nachteile**: On the sales screen the button to finish a sale is located next to the button to review other sales such as completed, held etc. I often hit the wrong button then it takes a bit longer to get back to the current sale.
