I enjoy the ability to schedule messages, get people to sign up for things by texting a key phrase to a number, the adaptability/customization this software has, and that it is web and app based.

There is lots of flexibility, and the team continues to develop the product. And it is all for a good price. We also like that you purchase credits for the year instead of month to month. This allows greater flexibility and use in different seasons.

> **Nachteile**: Their initial user interface has been a bit clunky and slow, but they are working on it and it is improving. They also need a better and more featured mobile app, but that is also in development.

The templates and analytics are very helpful as well. 
I have not yet felt limited by functionality. Very powerful system.

> **Nachteile**: The GUI is not very intuitive and slow to respond at times. The syncing process from integrations is confusing as well. When it finally works it’s great but the road to getting it to work seems unnecessarily long and arduous.

> **Vorteile**: PastorsLine is a good tool for enabling  communication workflow. Found it fairly easy to configure and there are ample  examples and demo's within the documentation when you have a question. From a price performance perspective Pastorlines is very competative.

> **Nachteile**: I wish the UI was a little better designed, but they are currently working it. Would be nice if they had more pre-configured workflow templates to use as other tools in this space provide.
