It’s like they launched the product, and then stopped improving it. There are 3 platforms that are less expensive and do the same thing, now. And, truecoach had the audacity to raise the price with no improvements, and then roll out features to cost their customers more money each month for services that are easily available for less. Truecoach is just trying to trap customers into feeling like all their stuff is on one half-baked platform. > > Excited at first, and then just dreaded logging in after a few months.
