Über Visual Planning
Visual Planning ist eine Ressourcenmanagement- und Planungsplattform, die Unternehmen bei der Verwaltung ihrer Vermögenswerte und täglichen Abläufe unterstützt. Die Funktionen der cloudbasierten Software umfassen Personalmanagement, Bauplanung, Projektmanagement, Flottenmanagement, Außendienstplanung, CRM und mehr.
Mit Visual Planning können Nutzer Projekte, Arbeitslasten und Budgets verwalten, Ressourcen zuweisen und Grafiken und Berichte in Echtzeit aktualisieren. Mit der Drag-and-drop-Funktion können Nutzer ihre Zeitpläne problemlos aktualisieren, verwalten und erstellen.
Visual Planning zeigt Echtzeitworkloads und berechnete Metriken an, um Budget mit Kosten, Kapazität mit Nachfrage sowie Soll- mit Istergebnissen zu vergleichen. Auf diese Weise können Manager die Betriebskosten und Engpässe antizipieren sowie fundierte Entscheidungen treffen, um Probleme zu lösen, bevor sie auftreten.
Um die Ressourcenplanung von unterwegs aus zu erleichtern, bietet Visual Planning Funktionen für mobile Geräte, um auf die Lösung zuzugreifen und Aktivitäten aus der Ferne zu verwalten. Die Software lässt sich in mehrere Datenbanken wie MySQL, SQL Server und Oracle sowie in Datenformate wie CSV-Dateien und Tabellen integrieren.

It improves daily planning, which makes for a better daily work design, where time is more productive and order makes for a better day.
Vorteile
All the daily activities that take place during the work schedule can be clearly visualized, which makes for an organized day, knowing what needs to be done, the schedules, and the duration. It also allows for better communication and coordination of work in each daily activity.
Nachteile
The operation and service have always been correct, without leaving unpleasant moments of poor service.

A good planning for Advertising Project and Finance

Good overall with my using and our team are happy with it.

Vorteile
We have a small Marketing team here, and with Visual Planning it gives us a different experience to plan our project and allocate our budget. More than that, we can analyze the result/performance with it.
Nachteile
There are some cons about this Visual Planning are that we are not able to customize the template or create another visuals that more attractive to our team. We'd love to use our color background.
