> **Nachteile**: For the money we were paying the customer service was not high quality, there were constant issues within the system causing me more stress than I care to admit.

> Our benefit implementation was set up wrong and the user interface was having issues constantly. Our taxes weren't paid on time and this caused late fees and other issues with the different states we are located in. The managers always had trouble logging in as themselves and then as leaders.
