Paycor Perform ist eine cloudbasierte All-in-one-Personalplattform, die Tools zur Verwaltung von Personalbeschaffung, Onboarding, Mitarbeiterdatensätzen, Zeiten, Anwesenheiten, Sozialleistungen, Gehaltsabrechnung, Steuerkonformität und mehr umfasst. Mit Paycor Perform Time können Nutzer wiederkehrende Mitarbeitereinsatzpläne erstellen, die Arbeitsverteilung und Kosten steuern und Ausnahmen verwalten, z. B. nicht genehmigte Zeitkarten und Überstunden. Mehrere Zeiterfassungsmethoden werden unterstützt, darunter biometrische Lesegeräte, Ausweisterminals, Webbrowser-Stechuhren und mobile Stechuhren auf den Smartphones der Mitarbeiter. Mitarbeiter können ihre Zeitpläne einsehen und Urlaub über ihr Smartphone oder ihren Webbrowser beantragen. Führungskräfte erhalten bei der Genehmigung von Anfragen Zugriff auf Urlaubs- und Krankenstände.
Paycor Perform bietet Tools für die Verwaltung von Steuerberechnungen und -einreichungen, Daten zur Altersvorsorge aus dem US-amerikanischen 401 (k)-Plan, Arbeitsunfallversicherungen, Gehaltsabrechnungen, W-2 und 1099 Formulare, elektronischem Kindergeld und vielem mehr. Mitarbeiter können sich anmelden, um ihre Kontakt-, Steuer- und Kontoinformationen zu aktualisieren, wobei Administratoren automatisch benachrichtigt werden. Die Personal- und Leistungsverwaltungslösung ermöglicht eine offene Online-Anmeldung für verschiedene Mitarbeiterleistungen, Leistungsbewertungen und die gemeinsame Nutzung von Dokumenten. Außerdem enthält die Software eine Bibliothek mit Dokumentvorlagen für das Personalwesen.

Recruiters now have more time to seek optimal candidates as they need less time in the platform to post jobs, schedule interviews, interact with hiring managers, etc. Newton does a great job in blasting out our job postings to the various job boards and tracks where our leads are coming from. Our job seekers have a much easier time with applying for jobs and since our business hires at over 40 locations internationally, having a simple job application process is key for getting applicants who do not speak English as a first language. The job listing integrates seamlessly into our company web site. All good!
Vorteile
Our previous job posting and applicant tracking system was quite old and the user experience for both recruiters and applicants was far from ideal. Newton greatly simplified the job posting process by integrating with Outlook for interview scheduling, allowing mobile feedback from hiring managers (so that they did not need to enter the platform if they did not want to), and having dashboards which quickly showed status of jobs for the recruiters. The application process for job seekers was fast and easy, resulting in our receiving far more applicants per job than the previous tool. Overall, Newton was a perfect fit for our needs as it allowed our recruiters to focus more on seeking candidates (since entering jobs was much easier) and we are getting more/better candidates given the expanded reach and ease of use that Newton provides our job seekers.
Nachteile
The main thing that we did not like was that the analytics dashboards and tracking were all Flash-based, but that was updated in the most recent platform update, so now our recruiters do not have to worry about Flash plug-in issues. Otherwise, we are quite happy with Newton.

I like the ease of use and the ability to onboard users. Very straightforward. Non-technical folks can use this product easily.
Nachteile
Integration options are somewhat limited. The site often times out and time cards have to be manually adjusted often.

I have found that the platform is a great way to streamline and automate HR processes, and that it provides useful tools to track and analyze data but the cost of the platform sometimes can be high, especially for businesses with a large number of employees or those that require a more comprehensive feature set.

Terrible experience with Paycor

Vorteile
Timecard maintenance WAS easy and very few steps to correct/maintain/approve.WAS is due to them making changes that we feel took steps backwards. What was 2 clicks is now 5!
Nachteile
Sales persons did a great job selling a product that CAN NOT deliver. Every step from set up to the daily use of this program has fallen short. Starting with day 1 - they took one of our name badges to test - said they would work with their clocks and software. Then day before going live the clocks where hooked up and the badges didn't work! Our staff now have to punch in numbers to clock in/out. We just acquired a new facility and started working with a team 1.5 months before needing to go live and we are now 2 months live and still having major program, use, report issues! (only 15 employees in this company)There implemation teams are SO BAD, DON"T FOLLOW THUR and JUST DON"T TAKE CARE OF THINGS.They like to submit problems to IT - which is a black hole (aren't resolved and work arounds have to be done)
