August 2022* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: - Easy to use - One stop shop - the creators have thought of everything - Simple for members - Website is connected directly to the back end which is connected to the online shop and Point of Sale which keeps everything simple > > **Nachteile**: - Would like a little more flexibility on the Design templates for the website - Sometimes the help can be a little tricky to navigate but jumping on the Live Chat solves things in minutes\! > > I had started with a competing product and while it kind of did what I needed it was just... meh. I switched to GymDesk and could not be any happier - it does exactly what I was looking for in a school management software at a very reasonable price\! ----- ### "Great Software For Martial Arts Schools" — 5.0/5 > **Luke** | *29. August 2021* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: There are so many great things about this software, the depth of features is fantastic and covers pretty much everything a martial arts school would need\! The technical assistance is another massive plus point, you always get a prompt polite response to your queries and everything is resolved super quick. Another plus point of this software is that is is super easy to use and navigate through, a lot of thought has gone into the layout and ensuring the most important features are right there at your fingertips. Another positive about this software is the developers are always updating it with new features, which is fantasict, they really are determined to provide the best possible software out there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this software to any other Martial Arts Clubs based on my experience using it\! > > **Nachteile**: One of the biggest cons with this software, if there are any, is the lack of an app. I feel this would be the icing on the cake. > > Nothing but a positive experience with Martial Arts on Rails, highly recommend it ----- ### "TERRIBLE customer service and support--simply terrible." — 2.0/5 > **Mark** | *10. Oktober 2022* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: It is an OKAY membership management platform. > > **Nachteile**: Gymdesk's customer service and support is TERRIBLE. For one, they do not provide a phone number at ALL. After several emails asking for a callback, someone responded back that they do NOT do CALLBACKS but that they would SCHEDULE a customer service call. Really? Okay, yes, let's do that. What a pain. Especially because I am calling about the 3 THREE charges a month that my $75 a month service is supposed to cost. > > Terrible. I am cancelling and going with the company's competitor. At least they provide a customer service phone number. ----- ### "Simplified our lives SO much\!" — 5.0/5 > **Meghan** | *19. Juli 2024* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We were looking for a software to manage our small personal training gym that supported the features we needed without the bloat of larger softwares. We also wanted to more easily see our sales, scheduled payments, missed payments, and attendance at a glance. We also LOVE being able to integrate emails and texts within gymdesk so all communication is visible to all staff. The tasks and automations are also crucial for helping us stay organized. > > **Nachteile**: So far nothing has been a dealbreaker at all\! A few features we wish could be implemented (better recurring appointments, slightly more easy to view calendar, etc) but nothing that overshadows the simplicity and ease of use. ----- ### "Gymdesk Review" — 5.0/5 > **Anna** | *28. Juni 2023* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Modern interface and features are good. Many automations available which is also great. > > **Nachteile**: I find the main navigation and page navigation could be simplified and made a little better for the user experience - but still better than all other softwares\! Some issues with setting up family-plan flat-rate pricing for limited class memberships. > > Great so far, customer supper is excellent\! ----- Seite: 1 / 7\ Zurück: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.at/software/108981/martial-arts-on-rails?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.at/software/108981/martial-arts-on-rails) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
