After several emails asking for a callback, someone responded back that they do NOT do CALLBACKS but that they would SCHEDULE a customer service call. Really? Okay, yes, let's do that. What a pain. Especially because I am calling about the 3 THREE charges a month that my $75 a month service is supposed to cost.

> **Vorteile**: We were looking for a software to manage our small personal training gym that supported the features we needed without the bloat of larger softwares. We also wanted to more easily see our sales, scheduled payments, missed payments, and attendance at a glance. 

We also LOVE being able to integrate emails and texts within gymdesk so all communication is visible to all staff. The tasks and automations are also crucial for helping us stay organized.
