They clearly outlined what the onboarding process looks like and have useful articles, and live support for all steps. I can already tell that the donor experience and export of data is going to be more secure, consistent, and accurate than our previous platform.

Furthermore, I like the ability to review potential donors to learn more about them and their potential to donate more to our cause. As we are a non profit, this makes it almost seamless for us to use for our events, and general transactions.

> **Nachteile**: I don't like that there isn't an easy way to group tickets for sponsors at events. I believe the events aspect as a whole is quite small and doesn't have a lot of usage other than small events. I wish it had the ability to do more with text to give, tickets, and auctions.

> Overall, as a new user to the system, I find Funraise to be user friendly and easy to navigate once reviewing videos and actually working on the site to find out it's different capabilities.
