Multiple templates allow for question ideas and if you are not happy, it is editable so you can customise what you want to ask your clients, plus also change colors and design. The one thing that I love about it is, the direct SMS sending option. I can distribute the survey via SMS without any hassles and use of any third-party software or automation. I can also schedule the SMS. I think it is a good platform for surveys. In addition, this is the only tool I know of that offers Offline Feedback... you saw that right\! offline feedback, which can be placed at your physical locations and start collecting feedback from your store visitors.
