November 2018* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Change is always tough especially when customers are concerned, however the instant feedback I received from my customers when they had to start using Clubright was very welcoming and the word that kept creeping up was ‘easy’. In short, I love how such a complex system has such ease of use. > > **Nachteile**: I haven’t found one as yet. If I was forced to give one it would be that one of the integrations I am keen for isn’t available until the end of January, however with that only being 8/9 weeks away it’s hardly a Con. > > From my initial meeting/demo I was made feel at ease and CSR focused on how the system would benefit my business and not a general industry usage overview. Setup was again very focused on how I would/could use the system and to be honest it is designed in such a way that it is easy to follow and even explore yourself. My customers have been ported over and everyone has commented how professional it looks and how easy it is to use. From my point of view it make a whole chuck of my business automated that I can now give even more time to growing my business. ----- ### "Great Service" — 5.0/5 > **Kim** | *3. Februar 2026* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Clubright has taken away so many problems of running the gym and having all information in one place in a game changer saving so much time. Have recently started using Clubright Pay which is a great little tool for us to receive instant payments and send payment links direct at the touch of a button. > > **Nachteile**: I do not have any problems using clubright and there are no features i dislike with the service i receive. > > Clubright instantly help me if I have any problems or am unsure on how to work something, the support is great and instant. Would definitely recommend using clubright for the day to day running of your gym, easy to use and saves you so much time. ----- ### "Current Major Bug in the software" — 1.0/5 > **Brian** | *6. Oktober 2023* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 2.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I've had clubright since the beginning of the year. The team is decent and tries to be helpful in fixing the occasional glitches that happens which is expected. Ease of use > > **Nachteile**: However, over the past 3 - 4 months there's been a major issue where members continue to be charged after their membership ends because the CR software all of a sudden is unable to cancel the DD mandate/subscription albeit the membership has ended. This is not only ruining our reputation as a business but it's resulting in a huge influx of DDIC claims as well as upto £900 - £1200 refunds to be processed each month. This is time consuming having to respond to each email individually, and becoming expensive because the transaction costs on these are non-refundable. We haven't received any apology from CR, nor have we received any update regarding t he time frame when they expect this bug to be fixed. I find it to be unacceptable and beginning to put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back to amend this review once it's fixed. I don't know how long I can continue to endure this before I consider looking for another provider. ----- ### "Clubright Service" — 5.0/5 > **Mark** | *1. Mai 2026* | Sport | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I really appreciate the prompt, proactive and professional service I get when I need help. The team are quick to reply and always able to resolve my issue. > > **Nachteile**: I don't really like the AI options as I prefer person to person contact. I do get the need for AI but not for the majority of issues I have. > > I like the personal service and hands-on support I get when I need it. The team are affable and knowledgeable. ----- ### "Great cusfomer service from Yoana" — 5.0/5 > **Matt** | *5. Juni 2026* | Gesundheit, Wellness & Fitness | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Convenience, price is decent, customer service can be extremely helpful when you ask for the right person > > **Nachteile**: Stats confusing and active memberships always confusing too. Generally the graphs/dates of everything dont seem straightforward > > Id definitely recommend it for easy swt up, access and ability to do whatever you want at any time really ----- Seite: 1 / 9\ Zurück: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.at/software/109185/club-right?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.at/software/109185/club-right) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
