> **Vorteile**: Trackplan is a fantastic work order management system with great features that our business make great use of. We operate anything from reactive maintenance, compliance and also the likes of assets.

We make great use of advanced features such as job throttling to distributed work equally across our supply chain and based on the numbers of things this system is capable of which fits our business needs I don't think any other system can compare.

> **Nachteile**: I wouldn't necessarily have this as a real bit time negative point but certain features don't work together and then also parts are found to have bugs which is normal in any online software.

> **Vorteile**: PPM scheduling is simple  and effective within the system, allowing you to create bespoke schedules for various elements of PPM. You are also able to configure certain areas of the system to meet your own business needs. 
Reactive maintenance is also simple to management and along with the resource app, works can progress quickly and provide live data.

> **Nachteile**: There is nothing that I do not like at this time and the system works well and meets our current requirements. it would be useful if the system could link with external finance systems ie SAGE or Navision and some contractors use other portals and have asked if they can link their system to Track Plan. this would be  good upgrade.
