> **Nachteile**: Cloning agendas is a great feature but would be nice if I could see the status and notes of cloned items so I don’t have to open another screen to compare prior results. 
Also it’s frustrating I cannot switch an agenda item from discussion-type to voting-type. (It forces me to open a vote-type and copy paste the content)

> **Vorteile**: I am a Boardpro administrator and I find it very easy to load papers into the platform and organise them in a format specific to  our companies and the type of meeting we are having, whether it be a board, strategy, or review meeting.  I have used other platforms and this is by far the easiest and most efficient to use.

> **Nachteile**: The approval process for a decision seems to be a bit repetitive, entering in what we are approving a couple of times.  Also it would be great if there was a button to indicate of the decision was approved unanimously or by majority vote.
