> **Vorteile**: There was very little that I liked about Leap. I guess the workflow manager was a nice feature. Everything else was not good at all.

> **Nachteile**: Most everything. The customer service team was by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The CRM is extremely hard to use and trying to make a document fillable on there takes a masters degree in coding. The most difficult and non user friendly CRM I have ever had to us. I would not go back to Leap even if they paid me. AND we had an issue with a staff member and we were told we would not have to work with him but they had him join a zoom meeting under a different name as if we would not recognize his face. They are LIARS. We had very little training to start and took forever to get things up and going
