It's allowed us to set up employees who work and live in the same state, in different states, ones who travel essentially year-round, and more, and have the taxes squared away for us. It's great for users as well, as it allows us, as users, to manage retirement (401k), manage direct deposit, and even manage taxes, right from the employee login. We don't use time clocks, so no time tracking is needed. Customer support has been amazing, helping solve issues as soon as something pops up. Great value for what it provides. It's extremely easy to view and pay bills, as well as employees. > > **Nachteile**: The taxes calculated aren't perfect for cross-state employees, but it's very close.
