> **Vorteile**: I have used both PestPac and ServSuite and this software is by far the easiest to teach and use at a local branch level. It's intuitive nature has extra features has already facilitated a significant drop in our A/R and an increase in customer satisfaction and retention.

> **Nachteile**: The enterprise reporting could still be a little more robust. Their reporting in general is great on the individual branch level and it's very dynamic.

> It's been amazing\! CSR is the man and their development team are constantly coming up with new amazing features.

> **Nachteile**: The cost of Field routes is the biggest con.  Although it does everything we need it to do, we continue to have conversations about the future based solely on price.  If it was a little more cost effective, we would be partners for life no question.

> **Nachteile**: There are no ways to delete different events and mistakes, or to revert mistakes. If I create an event, or checklist, it is not easily undone. If I want to change the way I do things in the company, I cannot because there is not an easy way to change what I do on FieldRoutes.

> The program is not a smooth or easy software to use. It does not make the company life easier in many ways. It is a good start to a software, but y'all really need to use real business owners to help you develop it a little better.

> **Nachteile**: What I like the least about field routes is that you can't just reschedule an entire day, ie: shift a friday to a monday, you must reschedule individual routes on a given day.
> 
> Overall experience with FieldRoutes has been exceptional.  Tracking products used, scheduling, invoicing, and features are all a breeze once you learn the system.

> **Vorteile**: System was easy to learn, operate and train on. Fairly good value compared to other CRM's that are out there.

> **Nachteile**: A lot of little things such as timing out within an hour of use and being forced to sign back in. Very annoying. Termite program needs a lot of work and improvement to run more efficiently. Onboarding was terrible. Happy to elaborate with someone on that in a full conversation if you are interested.

> Some billing issues, great Cust Service, very good reporting, need to work on the bundle packaging to improve this area for selling.
