> **Vorteile**: It is an easy to learn program. Helps with time management and helps all supervision be on the same page as to what is at the shop and how to prioritize it.

> **Nachteile**: Some minor slow downs I think do to traffic. Doesn’t have an option for push notifications. And any note put on the so you have to open so to view. Timesheet editing especially on action items could be simpler. Some customers not happy with new aperiance of the invoices.

> **Vorteile**: Invoicing is easier by letting you build the invoice during the job, as long as your tech can make a decent summary of the work performed.
> 
> **Nachteile**: Customer service is worthless.  They will answer the phone, but can rarely assist with any issues.  They send it up to management and you have to wait for a response.  Receiving parts is difficult.  Ordering parts through the system is a nightmare, the email look like a phising scam, and you have to call to verify they received the email.  Inventory is a joke, especially if you have to add more of the same part later that you returned earlier.

> We have had the system for 3 months and I can't wait to get rid of it.  I feel like we are the only company who is actually using the system because of all the issues we have...if it was used by more companies they would have fixed all the issues already.  Keep trying Fullbay.
