## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Productive is integral to our success" — 5.0/5

> **Zen** | *13. April 2022* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: The features are designed for an agency so we use most of them, all day, every day. What we really like is:
1. The user interface is superb - intuitive and fast to use. The best we have seen.
2. Help files and customer services is excellent. There hasn't been a question without a really satisfactory answer.
There isn't another system we use that is anywhere near as easy to use as Productive is.
Remote working puts more pressure on the system and it has supported the team now spread out over thousands of miles.
>
> **Nachteile**: Not much - would like slightly more customisable templates to allow us to add more text and graphics to them.
>
> Exceptional.

-----

### "Everything You Need in One Smart Platform" — 5.0/5

> **Cinzia** | *30. Jänner 2025* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Productive is a tool that brings together an efficient task management system, resource allocation, time tracking, leave request management, budgeting, and CRM under one roof. By integrating all these tools, it provides excellent reporting capabilities and real-time insights into project and company performance.
>
> **Nachteile**: It is incredibly modular and rich in data, but for this reason, it can be a bit intricate and not very user-friendly at first. However, with time and some practice, this initial learning curve can be overcome.

-----

### "Disappointing reporting clutter and slow service" — 2.0/5

> **Simon** | *1. Juni 2023* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 1.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: What I like most about productive is the Dark mode. They nailed that frature.
>
> **Nachteile**: Useless reports. Customer service. Clutter of code. Buggy.
>
> Very bad. They promise a lot, but it seems that it's not possible to actually produce the reports that they promise to be able to.

-----

### "happy customer" — 5.0/5

> **Pieter** | *27. Jänner 2025* | Design | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: flexibility to setup
easy to use
good reporting
good support
>
> **Nachteile**: UI can be inconsistante, but they are improving
>
> we use it for 3 years now
and we are very happy with it
we compared 12 different tools and are happy with productive

support is very responsive, and also helpfull in setting up specific cases

-----

### "Quality product(ive)" — 4.0/5

> **Andrew** | *27. Februar 2025* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Very clear and on the whole easy to use.
>
> **Nachteile**: Time tracking can be a bit fiddly and could be more streamlined.
>
> Productive is the centre of the day-to-day organisation of our business and gives great clarity and structure on project progress ad budgeting and whether projects are running on time or over budget.
