> **Vorteile**: The ability to set up multiple user groups and automation workflows, this paired really well with the OCR capabilities so our departmental payment requests have improved in the accuracy of their coding. Additionally being able to take our entire Accounts Payable process from a physical to cloud based process has been very helpful.

> **Nachteile**: Currently there are some small quips in the software that cause some headaches, but we are grateful for the support at Yooz to help us get passed these.

> **Vorteile**: Easy tool for processing invoice nothing complicated like other tools. In other tool there some T codes are required but here we can use the windows without any T codes.

> **Nachteile**: Data is not captured from invoices, so we need to enter manually it's bit time consuming so if that can capture some basic data it will make our work flexible.

> Except some minor disadvantage it is good and easy tool to AP. if they work on that data capturing things it more user-friendly.

> **Vorteile**: Easy to use Interface. Everything is visible in one page (i.e the Request profile like name, entity, vendor, currency vs the Request cost line items)

> **Nachteile**: Too many Yooz numbers for a request. The number that is seen in the begnining cannot be tracked back once the PO is generated. For eg: a POR is requested (Yooz number 1). Then a PO is generated (Yooz number 2). Then an invoice is processed against this PO (Yooz number 3) etc..

Cannot Forsee the approval flow.
