They are very attentive, even reaching out to me to make sure I am getting the most from my system.   I am so pleased that I can post to ALL my social media sites at once and set up my posts for the future.  I am pleased that my birthday greetings are also automated and that I can schedule special "announcments" and campaigns.

> **Vorteile**: Thryv has a great sales team\! Honestly the buck stops there unfortunately. My sales guy was wonderful and responsive, but the product and product support team were just flat out not good. Signing up was a huge mistake.

> **Nachteile**: Thryv is basically just a big bait and switch operation. I was promised the world and ensured satisfaction, but the product just failed on pretty much all levels. The CRM is inferior to competitor's products. The marketing piece is lacking also. The biggest upset was the web presence piece. This was supposed to come with SEO and all kinds of social media management. None of which was as promised it's taken me over a year and considerable amounts of money to get my page ranking back up to where I was before they took over.

> Poor at best. I strongly discourage anyone I talk to about their product from taking the enormously expensive leap. Set my company back years.

Setting up recurring lessons for my regular students takes just few clicks. The invoice templates work well for our monthly tuition fees, and I like that parents can pay online. Also appreciate the automatic reminder texts before classes start.

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes the system gets slow when I'm trying to update multiple student profiles at once. The mobile app crashes on my older Android phone. Would be nice if there was a way to track student homework submissions directly in the platform.

> For our small language school, Thryv does most of what we need. It's not perfect but it beats keeping everything in spreadsheets like before. The price feels a bit high for just 8 employees, but the time it saves me from administrative tasks lets me focus more on teaching.
