## Nutzerbewertungen

### "A great software for livery and logistics businesses\!" — 5.0/5

> **Kristofer** | *14. Juli 2026* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Its very easy to use. THe interface is easy to manage from both the administration side as well as the driver side. Customer support is good and the updates are substantial and effective.
>
> **Nachteile**: The hardware/camera installation seems to sometimes come down from underneath the dash. it's a little bulky and cumbersome.
>
> Its been very good experience and there have been multiple changes and each time they make the updates they are a real improvement.

### "Samsara Asset Tag performance and capabilities A+" — 4.0/5

> **Jeffrey** | *23. April 2026* | Bau | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Customized access controls for those who access the program. The value and options for the program have exceeded expectations.
>
> **Nachteile**: When setting up asset tags, having some additional information on set-up do's and don'ts for 760+ units would have saved a lot of correction time.
>
> Overall, it has been great. The national accounts and customer service teams have been quick to respond to our firm's growing needs. I compliment the team to continuously advancing the capabilities of all devices to fill all needs, and some we did not we wanted.

### "A Helpful Tool for Managing Safety and Fleet Operations" — 5.0/5

> **Karen** | *10. September 2026* | Internet | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: The safety reporting is great. It’s a great tool for tracking speeding, hard braking, and hard acceleration. It gives us a good way to monitor driver behavior, address safety concerns, and use the coaching tools to help drivers improve.
>
> **Nachteile**: Under the DVIR section, it would be beneficial to have a mandatory weekly form for drivers to complete. This would make it easier for us to consistently collect important information and follow up on vehicle or equipment issues. There are also a lot of features and settings, so it can take some time to learn the system and determine what works best for our needs.
>
> Overall, my experience with Samsara has been positive. The ability to reach out for step-by-step help has been very helpful, and the AI assistance is a great tool for walking you through different processes and helping you find solutions.

-----

### "samsara experience" — 3.0/5

> **Emanuel** | *1. April 2026* | Transport/Güterfrachtverkehr/Schienenverkehr | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: It is very easy to use and intuitive for learning new tools. We learned how to coach at a idling
>
> **Nachteile**: There is an 8-hour delay in the personalized mileage and fuel reports. They only have coaching idling, not on other behaviors that are very important.
>
> Good, because they are here to explain the platform to us. the new report that they enabled for us shows a drop in fuel levels

-----

### "Above and Beyond" — 5.0/5

> **Heath** | *24. Juni 2026* | Transport/Güterfrachtverkehr/Schienenverkehr | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Deployment team and customer service was top notch. Ease of installation and access to resources made the transition seamless. Samsara went above and beyond to assist us in finding the exact products to fit all of our needs.
>
> **Nachteile**: Time limits on downloadable video caused us to reevaluate our safety review process. Creating some areas where we have to find other ways to monitor non-driving behavior.
>
> From the first consultation through post deployment, Samsar has went above and beyond to ensure they deliver what they offer.
