We’ve had several glitches with the phones eg. Call Park that we had to contact customer support for. Customer support was very helpful. Most of the issues have been resolved. They required a firmware update. Hopefully we can get the rest of the minor issues resolved soon.

Good news is that their customer support is very responsive. But there are still a few minor issues have not been resolved.

> We operate 2 companies from the same location with Ooma we have a second  / separate "receptionist" for the two companies.  Gives us a professional first impression for every caller.  People comment on the choice of music on hold.
