I once experienced an issue with texting, but it was promptly resolved by their professional and communicative support team. The convenience of being able to text through both the web and mobile apps makes staying connected effortless. I also appreciate how well it integrates with Bullhorn, allowing for accurate note-taking. I use Ringover daily and it continues to perform exceptionally well.

> **Vorteile**: Integration with bullhorn. Nothing else this software is broken and support is a pain to deal with.  .

> **Nachteile**: Noise cancelling is non existent. You can hear every key you type loud and clear. Dealt with support on this for months trying to "fix" this issue but it's just their software. Such a waste of time. 3x more expensive than zoom phone.

> Terrible experience with ringover from the start. You have to pay upfront for a year and we complained about the background noise from the start and they continued to tell us it was on our end until they finally admitted that they had a problem. We have already paid and they're not willing to do anything for us. 

I don't know how this company is still in business when Zoom phones are a third of the price. Definitely do not recommend\!

When in a client record to be able to click and call saves time and the tracking of call activity in a client record and the launching of the client record on an inbound call is very useful. The cross platform/device integration means that when I am logged in the client can find me anywhere and on any device PC, Mobile, Fixed Handset and any VOIP connected device.
