> **Vorteile**: The functionality: FA allows us to prefill the forms with relevant user data, customize forms so we get exactly the information we need, transfer the data captured to Salesforce, review and score applicants within the form and then transfer scoring data to a Salesforce dashboard for selection process.

> **Nachteile**: It is incredibly frustrating that FA hasn't implemented an auto-save feature for form users\! Although we do instruct users to use the Save and Resume feature, we still have issues due to international internet instability and people losing data.
> 
> Overall, FA is a highly functional and customizable tool to use in conjunction with Salesforce NPSP. There is a steep learning curve to be able to use all the functionality, but FA has good training and documentation, as well as customer service who help out when we hit a wall. We couldn't do what we do without it.
