> **Vorteile**: The features of this products "go-time" make for a really easy event check-in.  I've worked a variety of events with this software, most notably a large seated fundraiser.  Everyone was able to check-in quickly and all the details needed by our check-in team were easily accessible.

> **Nachteile**: The search function could be expanded on to assist better with misspellings or connections to other members (spouse names, etc).

> **Vorteile**: It is a platform that collects money. But that’s about all that I can say positively about Greater Giving. Their customer service and technical support is helpful, but I shouldn’t have to call them as often as I do.

> **Nachteile**: The page formats are really outdated looking. Customization is limited and glitchy. Reports are hard to understand. Everything seems to take 10 steps, when it could be done in 2.

> Clumsy, glitchy, counter-intuitive program. I work with computer programs all day long, and this one is just wayyyyy too complicated for what it is. And the webpages look like they’re designed for Netscape 98. Shouldn’t be this hard.

Software is very well organized and not difficult to learn and manage; help chat is always there with a quick solution to your problem.

> There was so much to learn as auction manager/admin but using the help and taking it step by step was a remarkable journey. Our event is biennial and coming back 18 months later was much easier knowing the staff and help center were prepared to assist.
