You can chose to save your documents or not let them be saved. This allows you to make changes as needed if you need to adjust something or just fill out the document quickly. It is easy to use and learn quickly. If you need help customer support is quickly available at your fingertips, but I have rarely ever had to use them. You can do so many different things to documents including saving them under a different type or removing certain pages and this allows for you to keep working without making it more difficult.
