We work with higher education institutions, and we're able to see overall who is logging into the platform and who is using it through Gainsight PX. It helps us to find clients who aren't using the product so we can be proactive to help them\!

> **Nachteile**: Gainsight is not super user friendly, and I wish it was easier to export data. Seeing users and such is great, but sometimes I just want a monthly email of the total users for a platform. That may be a thing that's available, but I haven't been able to figure it out on my own. I'm also just the end user, not the owner of the software.
