The call quality for incoming calls is not always clear. Some days the app for making calls does not work at all. The actual landline phones are also not always reliable and we struggle at times with poor sound quality for incoming calls. > > My company's IT department chose the software and myself and my office staff have not been pleased. The Intulse app is unreliable. To make any changes to our actual office phones (changing the date/time on the phone, extensions etc.) is not possible without getting our IT department involved and a ticket created with Intulse.
