It will tell you the response rate %, you can break it down by client score, technician or field quality control\! I used to do my own calculations on my previous software to figure out the same reporting info I can just click with a single button with Quality Driven. Some of my favorite things about Quality Driven is the ability to customers surveys, run reports, set your "fail" score and receive instant notifications, send customers to your own landing pages, and the ability to push reviews to your website.
