We are a really small shop and at first we were worried we would not be able to use all the system has to offer.  The team at wJewel made sure we got onboarded, learned (helpful videos\!), and have answered every single question and resolved any issues we've had.  The team's responsiveness  - on email, by phone, in the system - have been some of the best customer service I have experienced.

> **Nachteile**: The UI of the system is a bit complicated sometimes.  For example - Search on one screen is three dots on another.  Once you figure it out, it's not an issue. Also, some of the processes are not obvious and there aren't training videos to cover it.  However, as noted above, the responsiveness of the team at wJewel makes these "cons" a non-issue.
