> **Vorteile**: What I like the most about ARI is the amount of features if offers for the price point, I like the integrations that ARI offers, it makes everything much easier and I don't have to navigate to multiple software which is a huge plus. Another aspect that stood out to me is the customer support, the response time is extremely quick and very open to feedback, they have been really helpful and the response time makes work so much smoother and quicker. I also love the fact that ARI offers a client portal and customer relationship management features. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and service that ARI provides.

> **Nachteile**: Some things that I would like to note are the limited invoice template options (enabling qr code for custom invoices, editing certain fields, like moving phone number below email for the default template, etc.) The license plate decoder is also buggy at times when pulling vehicle information.

As a startup, I needed shop management software to keep my on track, but couldn't afford $300 per month or more that other companies charge. I settled on ARI and am so happy I did. For a fraction of the price, I can track customers, vehicles, payments, and workflows. ARI has inspection sheets, The best AI labor guide I have used, reports to show me what my business is doing, and sends my customers service reminders. ARI also integrates with Square, QuickBooks, Mitchell 1, and Parts Tech. I love the parts tech integration because I can order parts right from my estimates. They are also quick to respond to customer support.

> **Nachteile**: ARI offers A LOT for the money, and as a result, there is some stuff I don't use. A good example is the Invoice status menu. ARI offers 11 different statuses for invoices but I only use four or five. I wish these features were customizable.
