> **Vorteile**: Google chat is incredibly responsive and convenient. It is included in GSuite so relatively affordable compared to slack. The interface on the web is extremely polished and efficient. Learning curve is low, and feature is extensive. There are tons of integration that works with gmail and gcal.

> **Nachteile**: I think the customer service of Google can be improved. It is hard to reach a human agent and often times tickets for bugs gets bounced to completely different departments. I also think the mobile app can be improved. The images are downsampled in such a fashion that it's barely readable.

> Overall I'd say gchat is solid. With good integration with google meet and calendar, it is a solid choice for business customers.
