The ability to open a support case and instantly start a chat with an agent is outstanding. It truly sets you apart from other technology companies. Please keep this focus—great support often matters even more than a great product and you have both of them.

> **Nachteile**: The chat with support option is terrible and you’re forced to open Nable-me. Then you have to go over your ticket again. It’s a waste of time.

It automatically signs you out after a period of time to ensure no one can access it. The value N-Central provides our company is extreme. And the user interface is very easy to learn.

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes there's too much to learn all at once. Sometimes the temporary downtime can cause issues. The downtime issues are very few and inbetween though.

> Overall experience is really good\! I really enjoy using it as we were using another RMM that wasn't as good. Monitoring is really easy and seamless. I can open two devices at once. And the customer support is really kind and understanding. Management processes are explained by customer service very well\!
