Employees can automatically receive, approve, assess, and close service orders. Managers can also use the activity dashboard to gain visibility into weekly energy usage, HVAC history, controller status, and current temperatures, among other metrics.

ENTOUCH comes with an API, which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party maintenance management solutions.
