The client site managers are presented with access to an Action Plan, keeping the audit in a 'live' state until corrective actions are taken. This has helped drive involvement from Operations teams, encouraging improvement between visits resulting in higher audit scores and better compliance with policies and procedures

Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required.
