## Nutzerbewertungen

### "One of my favorite products of ALL TIME\!\!\!" — 5.0/5

> **Ahmed** | *26. April 2019* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: As an IT administrator, fax machines are literally the bane of my existence. I wasn't trained to fix technology that was invented before toilet paper; however, I am the only IT guy for a ton of clinics and faxing is a necessary evil. Everyone was manually faxing until I showed them myfax.com. After we implemented this site-wide, it was a HUGE upgrade\!\!\!\! We saved a ton of money from switching to them. Also a round of applause to the customer service team. They are saints. Taking care of all of the faxing issues anyone has. I love them.
>
> **Nachteile**: What do I like least about myfax? This is a hard one considering everything about them is fantastic. I suppose they could change the font on their website something that pops a bit more. The older gents in the office are having to zoom in to read.
>
> Love it. Easy to use. Money saver. Intuitive. Customer service on point.

### "Long-term MyFax user" — 5.0/5

> **Jay** | *1. April 2025* | Personalbeschaffung & -besetzung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Very simple to utilize from Microsoft Outlook.
>
> **Nachteile**: Speaking to a customer service agent requires sending an email and them responding back. Turnaround time is often several hours to a day.
>
> I have been utilizing MyFax since 2011 and overall I am very satisfied with both usage and price.

### "Fraud Company" — 1.0/5

> **Kati** | *22. Mai 2024* | Tierarzt | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I have not had any positive experiences. This company is fraudulent. Do not give them your credit card.
>
> **Nachteile**: This company allows you to sign up online easily. Then there is no way to contact customer service at all. After trying to get this service canceled since November and not even using it, I had to call as if I wanted to set up an account to get a hold of a person who answered right away. He actually pretended he didn’t know what was going on- like he couldn’t understand anything I said, not responding to me, or pretending he couldn’t hear me. He sounded like he was in his parents basement.
>
> Terrible\! I’m going to have to make a complaint for a fraudulent business in order to the charges refunded. You will never get your money back and they will never stop charging you once you sign up. They have no email that provides customer support. you will just get an email bounced back to you that says the same thing. If you call the Support number it is a message saying that they do not have a call support feature anymore. They say that they have a chat feature, but that is also untrue. Theygive you instructions for how to delete the account on your computer which do not work either. This company is a complete scam.

### "Excellent service for faxing electronically." — 5.0/5

> **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *28. Februar 2023* | Halbleiter | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: This is an amazingly great service for sending and receiving faxes via email.
>
> **Nachteile**: The process works by sending your fax via email, but you have to follow the instructions very carefully.

-----

### "MyFax ir Excellent" — 5.0/5

> **Melanie** | *27. Mai 2018* | Design | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I have used MyFax for years. It is so much easier for me to send faxes via the app or email, than through a separate machine that takes up extra space. The app is user friendly, simple and easy. I can view received faxes, compose new faxes, attach my documents and send right from my desktop, iPad or phone.
>
> **Nachteile**: There is not a single thing I do not like about MyFax and if something did come up, I believe there would be a simple way to reconcile the it.
