> **Vorteile**: the IVR improved our production especialy in cati surveys  in case of sensetif questions the interviewers is redirected to the IVR and answer the questions before returning back to the phone operator

> **Nachteile**: a cloud version is not available at the moment it would be helpful for the vertual call center and in offshore operations

> the dropout rate is decreased in predectif dialing mode so in case there is no available operator in outbound operations the IVR takes the call and put the interviewer on hold
