They seemed to be lower than the other delivery apps that I was using at the time. I did like that their ordering process seemed to be easier and quicker than most of the other apps that were in the same field as theirs. I can also say that whenever I used them their drivers seem to be really nice and polite. Even if the food was late they would say things like, "Have a nice day\!" and I really liked that about Postmates as a whole. > > **Nachteile**: Well, I used Postmates for about three months before I quit using them. The reason why I quit using Postmates is because one time I ordered some Chinese food from a Chinese restaurant. Well I did not get the food from the correct restaurant that I wanted it from and as we all know some foods from some restaurants do not taste the same. My Postmates delivery driver called me and said that they sent her to the wrong place and she was at the mall Chinese food restaurant. I did not want to go to that place because their food didn't taste the same as the restaurant that I was told my food will be picked up from. So my driver had to get my order all over again because it was a whole different restaurant and I got my food an hour later. The food was not as good as it would have been from the other restaurant and I was highly upset. So I got in contact with customer service and the best they could do was give me a Postmates credit on the amount that I spent. Now, that was a nice gesture but I wanted my money back and was not able to get it outside of the app. > > My overall experience with Postmates has been good. I wouldn't say it has been great, but it certainly hasn't been bad. I did only have that one bad experience where my food was delivered from the wrong restaurant but nevertheless their customer service was pretty good and their drivers were always polite to me.
