> **Vorteile**: Work from anywhere is possible with Appspace with its intuitive communication and workplace management that is easy to connect from my laptop. The digital signage features is the most outstanding program I have experience, the display is automatically resize to match user screen and not stretching display image. It look very natural in what ever device that I use. No hardware minimum requirement needed to display the content, as long the content display setting is created using the pre-made template.

It doesn't help much as most of the content already shortened to make it easy for the crowd to read the text. It would be better if they introduce other tools that actually helping with workspace communication.

Passport feature retains authentication credentials to other platforms. This needs to be built on a token-based authentication process for security purposes, so Appspace does not need to retain secure credentials to other platforms.

Having playlists aggregate different folders speeds up content deployment to a network with 100s of screens.

> **Nachteile**: Optimal content management is contingent on hardware set up being done correctly. This isn't the software's fault but a consideration those managing content on a large non-uniform network of media players. Preview may show content perfectly but on site may have playback issues.
> 
> Operational signage plus theming and branding has been helped through Appspace deployment.
Far more stable and and easier to navigate than the legacy system it replaced.
