I was able to set up tours very easily on our staging server and test our checklists. I love the fact it integrated with Segment so it was easy to start getting the data going into ProductFruits. I also love the LifeRing to allow for self-service tours\!

Additionally not having a just a preview environment that you can publish too without setting up segmentations etc. Its a bit tricky to understand and causes unwanted post to be public. Additionally not being able to link an already existing knowledge base to the account which then requires us to keep duplicate documentation in two places.
