First, their "free migrations". Right....but they only happen about 30 days after you pay. And there's no info that that is the case. So you scramble and pay others to start migrating things so you can stay open and in business. Now, when they did finally do it \[sensitive content hidden\] was lovely and very helpful. Second, Support. Well, that's a roll the dice kind of thing. They have a couple that are awesome but too many seem to be simply copying and pasting information that is NOT relevant to your question or issue. So you keep going back and forth.Time waster\! Third, We wanted to downgrade the plan we had from top tier to next level. So they said (and we have this in writing) that they would submit it for a change and then once approved they would make the change and credit our account. Well, 10 days after the initial discussion on this I hadn't heard anything and reach out checking on things. Oh no I'm told. You have to cancel your plan. Wait for it to swtich to the free plan and THEN purchase a new plan. WTF\!?\!??\! Who ever heard of such ridiculousness in this day and age. Most sites it's a point and click to upgrade and downgrade, but now here. Fourth, check out options are slim. We're going to have to create a way to make custom checkout pages + invoices as the ones in their setup aren't much. The main issue for us is that they only allow Stripe + Paypal as means of payments. So other payment options that Stripe has like Klarna can't be included. And we want nice looking receipts/invoices which Stripe can do and Systeme.io can't unfortunately. Ok positives: Can setup our course, not as nice looking as other options but pretty decent. A very basic affiliate program setup, not certain if it's usable or not yet Funnel configurations are easy enough to do When they migrate, they do a nice job Bottom line - I regret this move but we're too far in now to move off at least until 2025. When I learned that Systeme.io would move all my courses, marketing assets and email from Podia to Systeme.io, it definitely got my attention. I certainly could use the help. Then when I discovered that it would be done for free, I became suspicious. How good could this “free” service be? But I decided to check it out anyway. I have been an IT professional for over 50 years. I wrote my first code back in 1969. I have managed countless technology projects over the years. So, I know a thing or two about technology and technology projects. And I certainly know a well executed project when I see one. The quality of the work completed by Systeme.io was amazing\! The planning was perfect. The expectations were set and managed perfectly. The execution was precise. The communications were timely and professional. Whenever I asked a question, it was answered promptly. I was assigned 1 person, Anis, who delivered everything end-to-end… from planning to completion. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the results. It was a pleasure to experience this. And it removed all concerns I had about this conversion. I have seen many very expensive, very large projects that do not come close to reaching this level of professionalism. If you are hesitating to use Systeme.io because you are uncertain about moving your existing training and email from your current platform(s), stop\! There is no reason to delay. My experience with Systeme.io is that it has the capability to do the job professionally while allowing you to focus on running your business. I highly recommend Systeme.io and its service.
