> Asana doesn't have proper backups, they have JSON "takeout" which is clumsy and does not export all data. Pro Backup fixes that and is inexpensive (especially compared to Asana itself).

Especially in the days of AI where our Claude is connected to our Clickup we want to make sure that any mistakes can be undone. In addition there is actually no native backup option in Clickup which is a real deficiency.

Everything is recoverable, either through automatic or manual recovery. Backups are constant throughout the day instead of one single backup every 24 hours like other products.

> **Nachteile**: I'm unable to extend the same Board viewing restrictions from Monday.com to ProBackup users. When setting up additional users, only the Full scope allows users to view the backup - every board including the ones that are restricted in Monday.com. Any other scope blocks their access.

> I use it to backup Monday.com. Items are well organized and deleted items remain under their Board and Group name. Files are also organized by boards so they are easy to find and restore. I especially like the option to restore to a previous version or just create a new item with the backed up information.
