When we sign up, it shows a success page, but all the other pages still appear like we haven't signed up. We've been asking for help for over 24 hours now, with no response. It's a business day, so it's a bit concerning. Even if they replied by saying that it's an issue, and we are working on it, that would be much better than what we have now. It also has excellent, easy-to-follow documentation provided.
