Having to 'switch on' and 'switch off' tools to move to the next tool could be better implemented. Users should be able to click on one tool and then switch straight to another by clicking on the next one. The feedback from users concerning the 'free draw' tool is that it is "a bit light, almost translucent, so being able to make it darker would be desirable for those working outside in sunshine". Documentation may have improved since we implemented one year ago, but guidance was insufficient at that time, requiring we examined the code to figure out how to use it properly. Inexperienced coders could therefore struggle implementing this in their own Apps, as the lack of guidance creates a steep learning curve. > > Positive; both in using the software and also customer support.
