> **Nachteile**: The service has a steep learning curve which can take a while to maximise its potential. The service is limited for cloud only environments. Some of the modules is not user friendly so there is not the same level of consistency between modules.

> Its core use is brilliant for managing on premises and hybrid environments. I have noticed no performance issues and the web based interface is fast. Customer support is fantastic and quick response whenever I needed assistance.
