The support team is very responsive and their knowledge base more than often has the answer to any hiccups you might run into. The founder, is very involved in the ConfigMgr/Intune user community and provides webinars and how to/troubleshooting videos for much more than their own PatchMyPC product. You can tell they have an overall interest in having customer, or potential customers, succeed with their own ConfigMgr/Intune endeavors. An improvement request would be to add support for Mac's, specifically patch support via Jamf Pro. > > Great product that is a breeze to setup\! Anything I was confused about during setup, there was already an easy to follow knowledge base article for it. Very large catalog of 3rd party products that it supports; and it's not just patches, they also auto package apps for deployments and task sequences (in ConfigMar) as well\! It's a no brainer compared to other comparable tools. Cannot forget to mention how awesome the team behind PatchMyPC is. They are strong contributors to the Microsoft ConfigMgr (SCCM/MECM) community. They offer a large amount of free videos on how to be successful with your Windows management journey. Right from the beginning when we first engaged with PatchMyPC, you could tell they wanted to make the trial and transition as easy as possible.
